Reservations
Reservations are required.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Gratuities for exceptional services may be made at your discretion.
Deposits
The Grand Spa requires a credit/debit card to secure your appointment.

A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of scheduling Spa Packages, HydraFacials, and multiple services of three of more (75% of scheduled price).

Cancellations
If you find you are unable to keep your appointment, cancellations must be made a 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
Failure to call or reschedule will result in a no-call, no-show and your credit/debit card will be billed in full (non-refundable).
